Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Omaha, Nebraska.

Job Summary:
This role is for a CT Technologist based in Omaha, Nebraska. The position involves performing quality computed tomography (CT) exams across multiple procedures and participating in a comprehensive training and orientation program. The candidate must be proficient with GE equipment and have experience working in a Level I trauma center. The job requires effective communication skills, proficiency with computer systems, and a willingness to float within the department as needed.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), licensed as a Medical Radiographer in Nebraska, ARRT (CT)(R) certification, AHA BLS certification, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, Level I trauma experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: GE equipment experience.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required to other locations within the department but will remain under the same management.
  • Additional Information:
    • Perform all department procedures including Neuro, Body, MSK, CTAs, IR procedures such as biopsies, ablations, drain removals, etc.
    • Conduct QA and ensure departmental stock levels, compliance, and standards are maintained.
    • Will participate in a 6-week orientation program across various locations with assigned preceptors and a midpoint review.
    • The position includes working in a hospital setting with 8 CT scanners across multiple campuses.
    • Dress code requires red scrubs, which can be a scrub top with the Nebraska Medicine emblem sewn into it or a red t-shirt with the emblem.
    • Must be willing to work nights, including weekends and holidays as scheduled, with additional call duties every 16th week.
    • No local candidates accepted; 100-mile radius restriction applies.
