Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring 2+ years of CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification.

Details

• Acute care setting performing radiographic and CT procedures
• Uses EPIC EMR
• 3x12-hour shifts with start times varying between 6:30am, 8am, or 11am
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Radiology or CT
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Must be able to work independently exercising judgment and initiative to ensure quality diagnostic imaging

Additional Information

• Perform radiographic and CT procedures at a technical and professional level without requiring constant supervision
• Responsible for ensuring quality images and pertinent diagnostic information for interpreting physicians
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency, as the facility does not supply one
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Returning travelers who previously worked at this or other WVU Medicine facilities must have taken a 2-year break before reapplying
• Travelers are limited to a maximum of one cumulative year working within WVU facilities before requiring a 2-year break
