Job Summary

The CT Technologist position is based in an outpatient imaging center operating during daytime hours. This role involves performing computed tomography procedures for a diverse patient population, with a focus on mobile patients, including follow-up cancer diagnosis patients. The provider will assist in IV insertions, labs, contrast injections, and image post-processing, contributing to patient diagnosis and care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts during the days, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays; no Sundays or holidays, starting on 09/28/2026 and ending on 12/28/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) with CT specialization, BLS certification, valid state license (or compact license in hand at submission), at least 1 year of experience, and experience with extremities, abdomen/ gastrointestinal system, spine, pelvis, head, chest, thorax, and musculoskeletal imaging.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with fluoroscopy studies, enema studies, and the use of specific imaging equipment such as GE and Siemens scanners, as well as proficiency in PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
  • On-call and Weekend Requirements: No on-call duties; occasional Saturday shifts required.
  • Float Expectations: Flexibility to float within scope between X-ray and CT areas as needed to meet facility demands.
  • Additional Information: Successful candidates should be comfortable with outpatient procedures involving mobile patients, including IV starts, contrast injections, and post-processing images. The position includes performing specialty studies such as fluoroscopy and enema procedures when required.
