Profile Requirements

• Work History
• 2 years CURRENT CT experience in acute care hospital setting (REQUIRED)
• CT Skills Checklist, current within the past year (REQUIRED)(DOCUMENT)
• Rad Tech Skills Checklist, current within the past year (REQUIRED)(DOCUMENT)
• 1 Supervisory References, from the past year of employment (REQUIRED)
• Active American Heart Association BLS - (REQUIRED)(DOCUMENT)
• ARRT (CT) Certification - (REQUIRED)(DOCUMENT)
• No locals - must be 50+ miles from Permanent address must be included in submission file (REQUIRED)
