TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Albany, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures.
• Interpret doctors' written instructions accurately.
• Position patients for specific body areas.
• Operate computed tomography equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed.
• Evaluate scans for technical quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Use the McKesson PACS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
• BLS certification.
• ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
• State-specific licensing when required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for prolonged periods.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
