Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,520/week
Total Pay Rate: $70/hour
W2 Taxable Pay: $18.00/hour
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,872/week (for qualified travelers)
Overtime Pay: $80/hour (after 40 hours worked)
Schedule
Shift: 12-Hour Days
Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist to join the CT Imaging team at Atlanta. This is a busy CT department supporting both Emergency Department and inpatient services, so the ideal candidate must be highly skilled, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The technologist will perform a wide range of CT examinations while maintaining excellent patient care, image quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Perform a full range of CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
Provide CT services for Emergency Department and inpatient patients in a fast-paced environment.
Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality diagnostic images.
Independently assess patients, prepare them for examinations, and provide appropriate care throughout procedures.
Follow radiation safety, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Assist with department workflow during periods of high patient volume.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience
Current BLS Certification
ARRT (CT) Certification
Cerner experience required
Strong experience performing a wide range of CT procedures
Ability to work independently in a busy CT department
Strong Emergency Department and inpatient CT experience preferred
Important Information
Travel candidates only (No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility.)
13-week travel assignment
36 guaranteed hours per week
Weekend schedule: Friday–Sunday
Busy CT imaging environment
Must be comfortable working independently
Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) if they fall during the assignment.
