Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of specialty experience for a busy CT Imaging department supporting ED and inpatient cases.

Details

• Work in the CT Imaging department performing all CT procedures
• Support a busy department servicing both ED and inpatient cases
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, scheduled 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM Friday/Saturday/Sunday
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT specialty
• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT-CT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Must be able to work independently and assist with high patient volumes across ED and inpatient units
• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Returning staff who previously worked at the facility as permanent employees must have a 2-year break in service before returning as travelers
• RTO must be requested prior to submission and cannot be requested after an offer is made
