Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week nights assignment requiring 2+ years of CT experience and ARRT certification.
Details
- 24-hour CT Imaging department with 3 Siemens scanners (Edge Plus, Definition AS, and Force)
- Serves both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Average of 130 exams per day during the week and 80 exams per day on weekends
- Procedures include coronary angio, various biopsy procedures, abscess drains, pre-Watchman protocols, and ablation protocols
- Utilizes Bayer Medrad Contrast Injector and Cerner EMR
- 12-hour night shift schedule, Friday/Saturday/Sunday 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- 3 shifts per week for 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- 13-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CT specialty
- Current BLS and ARRT certification required
- License required if applicable
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Returning staff who previously worked in a permanent role must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
- RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer
