Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour days)

Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately.
- Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
- Provide high‑quality images to radiologist for interpretation.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital’s system.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
- Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various healthcare facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
- Valid radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification.
- Other certifications and licenses that may be required for this position.

- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills.
- Physical Abilities – Remain in stationary position, move about, move equipment (50–100 lbs), push, pull, and bend.
- Interpersonal Skills – Work effectively with a variety of personnel with a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Technical/Motor Skills – Perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
- Mental Requirements – Handle frequent contact with the public, meet deadlines under pressure, work under close supervision occasionally and without assistance, manage irregular activity schedules, and maintain continuous concentration to detail.
- Sensory – Possess visual acuity and effective communication.
