Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare facility located in Toccoa, Georgia. This role involves providing mobile X-ray and computed tomography (CT) imaging services, primarily in the emergency room setting. The position offers evening shifts and requires a dedicated professional to work efficiently with patients and hospital staff.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Evenings shift, 2nd shift from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (Radiologic Technology Certification) with CT experience; at least 2 years of experience; location requirements typical for healthcare professionals in Georgia; no outpatient duties required; general service age group with experience in ER settings.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in emergency room environments and mobile X-ray imaging.
- Additional Information: The role involves working primarily out of the emergency room for mobile X-ray services and transporting patients for CT needs. Typically, approximately 7-15 patients are seen per shift. The facility uses Phillips electronic medical records system.
