Job Summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week contract at a partner hospital in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography; ARRT (CT) certification preferred
  • Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Contract Details

  • $2,060 – $2,302 per week
  • 13‑week contract with possibility to extend
  • PM shifts available
  • 40 hrs/week

Duties

  • Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
  • Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
  • Explain scanning procedures to patients
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
