Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment preferredn
• Current certification and registration with ARRT, RDMS, or CNMT requiredn
• Must be competent in 2 imaging modalities and able to obtain certification within 12 monthsn
• Computed Tomography (CT) experience requiredn
• Radiologic Technology (X-ray) experience preferredn
• BLS certification required prior to direct patient caren
• Ohio state licensure required if applicable to the assignmentn
• Experience with EPIC, PACS, or RIS preferredn
• Experience with IV contrast administration preferredn
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detailn

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures with accuracy and efficiencyn
• Operate imaging equipment and follow established protocols and radiation safety standardsn
• Verify patient identity, review orders, and obtain relevant clinical historyn
• Prepare and administer contrast or medications when appropriate and within scopen
• Apply radiation safety practices and protection measures for patients and staffn
• Support workflow across multiple departments as needed during the shiftn
• Monitor patients during procedures and communicate any concerns to the care teamn
• Maintain accurate documentation in clinical and imaging systemsn
• Participate in on-call coverage as requiredn
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-moving hospital settingn
