Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available within the healthcare provider network in Naples, Florida. This role involves performing advanced computerized tomography scans and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The technologist will be responsible for operating imaging equipment according to department protocols, maintaining patient safety, and managing patient information effectively.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Rotating day/evening shift from Sunday to Wednesday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Program in an approved school; ARRT Registration in Radiology; CT certification within 1 year of hire or transfer; licensed as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the State of Florida; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist preferred; basic computer knowledge including operating a PC, creating and printing documents, inputting data; EPIC experience is required and will be assessed on the first day of assignment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: ARRT-CT certification; experience with cardiac CTA, biopsies, and cardiacs; experience with Siemens imaging equipment within the last year.
  • Additional Information: The position requires performing diagnostic procedures with minimal exposure, demonstrating proper radiation safety practices, and understanding department protocols. The technologist will assist with rotating supplies and linen, and must identify all patients using two identifiers. Certification and experience with specific imaging procedures are preferred but not mandatory for all shifts. No facility or organization names are included in this description.
