American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Clyde, North Carolina.

Details
- Radiology department at a 154‑bed community hospital located in Clyde, NC, approximately 20 miles from Asheville
- Joint Commission Accredited facility with a Chest Pain Center offering orthopedics, spine services, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, ED, and behavioral health
- Patient population includes adult, geriatric, and some pediatric patients
- Caseload of approximately 20–30 patients per tech with two techs on shift
- Equipment includes GE CT scanner; EMR is Paragon
- Procedures include CT biopsy, drainage, Coronary CTA, nerve root blocks, and fluoroscopy on the CT machine
- MRI float preferred if qualified
- Shift schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Monday 8:30 AM–9:00 PM
- On‑call required a couple of nights per week, rotated among techs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
- ARRT registration in both Radiography (R) and CT required
- AHA certifications required
- Ability to perform CT‑guided procedures including biopsy, drainage, Coronary CTA, nerve root blocks, or fluoroscopy on CT machine
- MRI experience preferred
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Orientation is held bi‑weekly
- Black scrubs required; t‑shirts and hoodies are not acceptable
- Candidates must reside 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are employed full‑time elsewhere are not eligible
Pay Package
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
