Job Summary:
The hospital is seeking a CT Technologist in Orange Park, Florida. This position involves performing standard computed tomography (CT) scans in a fast-paced environment. The role requires working closely with the emergency department to support stroke and trauma cases, ensuring timely patient care and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in CT, Florida license, 1 year of GE CT experience, trauma and stroke experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Terra Recon or reformat experience on another platform, excellent patient-focused communication skills such as AIDET, friendly and professional demeanor
• Additional Information:
  • The staff uses Meditech and GE Centricity documentation systems
  • May float to the main department as needed
  • The unit has a team of experienced staff and utilizes advanced equipment such as GE and Siemens scanners
  • The hospital features a supportive leadership team, modern technology, and a friendly culture
  • No invasive CT procedures are performed on this shift
  • Minimal call is required, and the department collaborates closely with the emergency team to facilitate quick and efficient patient care
