Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT CT certification for a night shift teaching hospital position.

• Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
• Unit consists of 8 CT rooms with a 1:2 patient-to-tech ratio
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Uses Epic as the charting system

Requirements

• , experience required
• ARR:CT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with GE, Siemens, and PACS equipmentment
• Proficiency in CT procedures including aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, coronary CTA, drainage, and vascular CTA
• Experience with head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, chest, and abdomen/pelvis CT imaging
• Skilled in contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, and peripheral IV starts
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE protocols
• Proficient in image display and post-processing, including multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and region of interest (ROI) measurement
