Job Opportunity – Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist – Georgia
Start Date: August 31, 2026

Schedule: Every other weekend required; 10 call days per month; holiday coverage based on assignment period; orientation varies by contract length
Highlights:
- Cardiac catheterization lab with 3 rooms and 5 beds, averaging 8-10 procedures daily
- Diverse case mix including diagnostic cath, PCI, orbital atherectomy, IABP, Impella, and device implants (no EP studies or ablations)
- Epic EMR system required; Merge system preferred
- Experience with GE Discovery, IABP, Impella, and CSI equipment required
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract (must be finalized at submission)
- Scrubs provided by facility; floating possible within department and to sister campus
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of cardiac catheterization lab experience (first-time travelers not accepted)
- Previous travel healthcare experience required
- Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and RCIS, RCES, or ARRT CV
- Georgia or Compact state license required at time of submission
- Proficiency with Epic charting system required
- Strong skills in EKG interpretation, obtaining vitals, sinus node rhythms, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Experience with IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, PCI, and sterile field maintenance
- Knowledge of pacemakers preferred
- Full compliance documentation required to meet orientation schedule
