We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience performing complex procedures and delivering patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role requires prompt responsiveness and a deep understanding of cardiac conditions and procedures.

• Location: UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital
• Work Modality: On-site
• Shift Details: 5x8 Days
• Call Required: 2-3 days of call/week, including rotating weekend call
• Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3234 (negotiable)
• Charting System: Epic

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
• Monitor patients' hemodynamic status
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field during procedures
• Implement and evaluate patient care, including advanced life support

Required:

• 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• IL RN license in hand
• Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS
• Skills: 3D imaging, angioplasty, arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, cardiac stent placement, hemodynamic monitoring

Preferred:

• Experience with STEMI and arrhythmia diagnostics
