Job Description

We are seeking individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Booking Specialists.

In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking a variety of travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, vacation packages, tours, and other travel services.

This is a flexible opportunity for individuals interested in working remotely while building a business within the travel industry.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, booking tools, supplier education, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, flights, and vacation packages.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations.
- Create customized travel itineraries.
- Assist clients with travel reservations and booking arrangements.
- Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
- Provide customer service and support before, during, and after travel.
- Stay informed about travel destinations, industry trends, promotions, and supplier offerings.
- Build relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
- Promote travel services through social media, referrals, networking, and other marketing methods.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, social media, and online platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training.
- Previous travel experience is helpful but not required.
