Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reservations, responding to client inquiries, providing destination information, and handling changes or cancellations. The agent communicates with clients via phone, email, and online platforms while maintaining accurate records. The role also involves recommending travel options, promoting special offers, and supporting sales goals through excellent customer service.
Qualifications:

-Strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving for client needs.
-Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities.
-Comfortable using online booking platforms, email, and virtual communication tools. (Training is provided.)
