Qualifications
- Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements is essential.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client needs.
- Knowledge of Car Rental and related travel services is required.
- Sales skills and the ability to create bespoke travel packages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to handle client requests efficiently.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
