Travel Advisor (Entry-Level)

Travel Advisor Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals interested in working as Travel Advisors. This is a remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy travel, researching destinations, helping others, and providing excellent customer service.

Travel Advisors work directly with clients to research and coordinate vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements based on each client's individual preferences and needs.
Previous travel industry experience is not required. Applicants should be comfortable working independently, communicating with clients, conducting online research, and managing multiple travel requests.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, destinations, dates, budgets, and individual needs.
- Research cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, transportation, activities, and destinations.
- Present appropriate travel options and recommendations to clients.
- Assist clients throughout the reservation and travel-planning process.
- Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
- Monitor reservations, payment deadlines, itinerary details, and travel updates.
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, text, and online platforms.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about destinations, travel products, promotions, and industry updates.

Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to research and compare travel options.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based platforms.
- Reliable access to a computer and internet connection.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in travel, hospitality, and vacation planning.
- Must reside in an eligible location (see below).
