In this teaching-hospital environment, you will prepare operating rooms, select and organize instruments, and maintain strict aseptic technique. You will anticipate surgeon needs, assist with patient positioning and draping, and ensure accurate counts and safe equipment use.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, residents, and students while supporting quality improvement, education, and community-focused, patient-first care.
