Trauma Registrar

Supporting the Trauma Program Manager, the full-time Trauma Program Registrar will ensure compliance with ACS-COT standards, manage trauma registry data collection and documentation, and facilitate performance improvement processes, with the option to work remotely or onsite in Anchorage. Key responsibilities Collects and analyzes patient care outcome data, making recommendations for trauma program improvements Coordinates performance improvement processes to support ACS verification and compiles reports from the Trauma Registry Collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate data submission and documentation in compliance with state and trauma program requirements Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Less than two years of professional experience in nursing, medical records, or health-related fields Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Familiarity with trauma registry processes and standards
