Are you a certified Trauma Registrar looking for a high-impact, fully remote opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our trauma registry operations, maintain data integrity, and play a key role in supporting ACS site survey readiness and compliance.
Working from the comfort of your home workspace, you will review patient records, apply national, state, and hospital inclusion criteria, and abstract critical data elements to ensure accurate reporting. If you thrive on independent work, possess sharp analytical skills, and have a proven background in compliance-driven healthcare documentation, this 9-month remote contract offers an outstanding platform to apply your expertise.
salary: $45.75 - $45.76 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Abstract and validate trauma patient data to ensure compliance with registry standards, support ACS survey readiness, and maintain accurate reporting for trauma program leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review trauma patient records and apply NTDS, state, and hospital inclusion criteria.
  • Abstract, validate, and input required clinical data elements into the trauma registry.
  • Support ACS site survey readiness and ensure compliance with registry standards.
  • Assist the Trauma Program Director with data reporting, audits, and quality processes.
Requirements:
  • CSTR or CAISS certification required.
  • Proven experience with trauma registry data abstraction, validation, and NTDS criteria.
  • strong knowledge of ACS trauma center registry requirements and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Level I, II, or III trauma center registry experience.
