Trauma Nurse Navigator: Lead Care Coordinator

UCI Health in California is seeking a Trauma Nurse Coordinator to coordinate clinical care for trauma patients and families. You will identify needs, remove barriers to timely care, and support smooth transitions within the UCI Health system.

Working with the Trauma Medical Director and Trauma Program Manager, the role helps develop the program and provides nursing services as assigned. A BSN is required, plus five years of RN experience in ICU or ED and fluent English.
