EmberHope Youthville in Newton, KS is hiring Professional Success Coaches (PSC I) to support adolescent girls with histories of trauma in a structured, safe living environment. You will model positive behaviors, teach life skills, and help youth develop tools to thrive, within a faith-based, trauma-informed program.
Work weeks include Friday–Monday (four 10-hour days) with at least one weekend day; a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts and overtime pay apply.
