Sanford Health is seeking a Trauma Coordinator/Registered Nurse to support high-quality, patient-centered trauma care across its regional health system. In this role, you will coordinate trauma program activities, review cases and outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure compliance with applicable trauma standards. You will partner with physicians, nurses, emergency services, and other departments to strengthen care coordination, develop and refine protocols, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You will also contribute to staff education and program reporting.
