Trauma & Critical Care Surgeon | SICU Director

Cal Med Physicians and Surgeons, Inc. seeks a General/Trauma and Critical Care Surgeon to lead the surgical ICU as director at a large Southern California tertiary care hospital with a Level I trauma center.

The role includes base salary plus on-call pay, a performance bonus, health benefits, 401K contributions, six weeks of paid time off, relocation assistance, and CME dues coverage. It also encompasses duties as associate program director for the general surgery residency and collaboration
