Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

We are working with a client who is seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead daily transportation and dispatch operations. This Transportation Supervisor role will oversee a team of approximately 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers. In this Transportation Supervisor position, our client needs someone who is confident ensuring efficient routing, on-time deliveries, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities for a Transportation Supervisor:

• Supervise and support 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers.
• Manage daily dispatch, routing, and transportation activities.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and DOT/safety compliance.
• Resolve delivery, scheduling, and service issues in a timely manner.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and performance metrics.

Qualifications for a Transportation Supervisor:

• 3+ years of transportation, logistics, or dispatch supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and fleet operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
