Job TitleEssential Job FunctionsSupport the regional selection, qualification, and onboarding of secure yard locations in alignment with company security standardsCoordinate the completion of required documentation, qualification checklists, and validation activities for submission to Global Transportation SecurityParticipate in site inspections, assessments, and secure yard reviews in partnership with Global Transportation Security and Regional Security leadershipMaintain visibility into the approval status of yard locations, including approved, conditional, and non-approved sites within the assigned regionPromote consistent implementation of secure yard policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across the regionMonitor adherence to established security standards, including perimeter protection, access control, guarding, surveillance, lighting, and recordkeepingPartner with Operations, yard operators, and vendors to identify, address, and resolve compliance gapsServe as the regional point of contact for secure yard vendors and operators, supporting onboarding, compliance validation, and security-related trainingMonitor vendor performance against security expectations and escalate non-compliance concerns in accordance with established proceduresSupport the execution of regional audit and inspection activities, including documentation of findings, corrective action follow-up, and maintenance of audit-ready recordsAssist with regional risk assessments by identifying vulnerabilities, operational trends, and exposure points related to yard operations and transportation flowsSupport the response, documentation, and escalation of yard-related incidents, thefts, and security anomalies in coordination with GSOC, Operations, and Corporate SecurityCoordinate secure yard and transportation security training for regional stakeholders and maintain training records to support compliance and audit requirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience5–8 years of experience in:Transportation or logistics securityPhysical security operationsVendor or facility oversightExperience in security audits and compliance programsRisk assessment methodologiesProgram ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication skills and time management abilitiesKnowledge of:CTPAT, TAPA, and supply chain security standardsHVHR cargo risk environmentPhysical security systems (access control, CCTV, guarding)Preferred QualificationsExperience in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or global enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with TAPA, C TPAT, ISO, or similar security frameworksProfessional certifications (CPP, PSP, PCI, CBCP, or similar)Physical RequirementsAbility to travel to transportation sites and facilities as neededExtended periods of standing, walking, and occasional liftingUse of computers and standard office equipmentJob requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screenJob may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipmentJob will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work locationWhy Should You Work for Crane?At Crane, we believe in providing our employees with excellent benefits at a Great Place to Work.We offer:Quarterly Incentive Plan136 hours of Paid Time Off which equals 17 days for the year, that can be used for Sick Time or for Personal UseExcellent Medical, Dental and Vision benefitsTuition Reimbursement for education related to your jobEmployee Referral BonusesEmployee Recognition and Rewards ProgramPaid Volunteer Time to support a cause that is close to your heart and contributes to our communitiesEmployee DiscountsWellness Incentives that can go up to $100 per year for completing challenges, in addition to a discount on contribution ratesCome join the leader in logistics and take your career in the right direction.
