They continue to grow and want you to grow with them.Their Northeast Division is a well-respected and award-winning group where career development, training, and mentoring co-exist with diverse civil, environmental, water resources, and traffic/transportation projects in a fast-paced and rewarding work environment.They have engaged us to identify a talented and experienced Transportation Project Manager with a background in the design and management of transportation projects for a hybrid role in our Providence, RI Transportation Practice. While they prefer candidates in Providence, RI, they will consider those in any New England location as long as they can travel to their client sites in RI, MA and CT.Primary Responsibilities:Supervise and direct the preparation of design and construction bid documents for transportation (roadway) projects involving multi-modal accommodations (Complete Streets) including corridor, intersection, and downtown improvementsEffectively present at meetings with clients and the publicMaintain project financials/budgets, schedules, and project advancementManage/mentor staff and provide guidance, manage workloads, and provide issue resolutionPrepare project scopes and budgets for proposals and contractsMaintain communication with clients including municipalities and regional agenciesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering8 + years of experience in the transportation engineering field including roadway design and project managementBroad understanding of transportation design and planning standards, specifically standards and submission processes for state agencies, such as MassDOT, RIDOT, or NHDOTProfessional Engineering LicenseDemonstrated effectiveness in planning and managing projects as well as maintaining budgets and schedulesMust be skilled at building and maintaining positive client relationsMust be motivated with a desire for personal growth and advancement, as well as firm growthMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.Effective at managing and mentoring staffStrong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skillsWhy You'll Love Working For This Company:Company-subsidized medical and dental.Company-paid life, short, and long-term disability.401k match, tuition assistance, and more.Cross-training and the ability to work on a variety of projects.Working with the best and brightest in the industry.2,000+ employee national firm with 70+ locations across the US.Annual Expected Pay Range$130,000 - $155,000 USD
