We are seeking an experienced Transportation Manager to lead transportation operations, drivers, fleet performance, safety, and customer deliveries. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who can improve efficiency, develop employees, control transportation costs, and maintain high safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, train, and develop transportation employees.
Manage driver schedules, routes, deliveries, and coverage.
Maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance and transportation safety standards.
Monitor transportation KPIs, costs, turnover, and performance.
Approve PTO and timecards and support employee accountability.
Coordinate transportation needs with Production, Customer Service, HR, and General Management.
Oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, reporting, supplies, and invoices.
Manage DOT drug-screening requirements and maintain accurate fleet records.
Respond promptly to customer concerns and transportation issues.
Drive continuous improvement in transportation efficiency and service.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
6 months 1 year of supervisory/management experience required.
Class A CDL preferred.
Clean MVR and ability to meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, training, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work nights and weekends and drive routes as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 800 lbs. and lift up to 25 lbs. overhead.
