Land. Sea. Air.

Three kinds of transportation case. One practice. Two Virginia offices to choose from.

I'm recruiting transportation litigators for a national Am Law 100 firm, based in Richmond or Williamsburg. Your pick.

Their clients are leading transportation and logistics companies. The cases are serious injury, property damage and casualty. The work starts early: guidance while the accident investigation is still running.

1 to 7 years is the target. Outside that? They welcome every level. Apply anyway.

What you'll do

  • Run cases from inception, with minimal supervision.
  • Hearings, depositions and trials. Trial experience helps. Getting more of it is part of the job.
  • Look after clients who notice when you call back the same day.

What they want

  • An active Virginia license.
  • Strong writing, research and analysis, with an academic record to match.
  • Self starters. People who see the next step on a file before being told.

The package

  • $100,000 to $165,000.
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, disability, parental leave and life insurance.
  • Business casual. Hybrid, with remote options. xhqgsiq
