Duties
- Independently manage cases from inception through trial.
- Attend court hearings and manage discovery processes.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Proactively communicate with clients during litigation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
- Licensed to practice in the State of California.
- 1+ years of transportation litigation experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
- Strong time management and deadline management skills.
- Experience with discovery in complex matters.
