We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to join our Sioux Falls, SD office.Position OverviewAs a Project Manager with FHU, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing project plans, including scope, schedule, budgets, and resource needsSupport defining project objectives and deliverables with internal teams and clientsCoordinate with project team members to maintain alignment and clear communicationTrack project progress and help identify and address potential issuesMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentationSupport budget tracking and monitor project expendituresAssist with resource coordination and staffing needsServe as a point of contact for day-to-day project communicationsPrepare regular project status updates for internal teams and clientsEnsure work aligns with company quality standards and applicable regulationsParticipate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement effortsIdentify potential risks and support mitigation planningCollaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
