Transportation Engineering Project ManagerCivil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Transportation Engineering Project Manager to join our growing team in Bridgeport, West Virginia. This is an opportunity for an engineer with strong design experience who is ready to lead project tasks, collaborate across disciplines, and continue growing into a project leadership role within a supportive, team-oriented, employee-owned firm.Responsibilities:Lead design and plan production for transportation improvement projects, including municipal, public (DOH/DOT) and private development work.Develop transportation geometry, grading, drainage, and construction plans from preliminary through final designPrepare engineering calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and technical reportsSupport and manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveryCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, survey, geotechnical, and environmental staffContribute to project scoping, budgeting, and proposal development effortsAssist with client coordination and support ongoing client relationshipsMentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and designersAt CEC, you'll be part of a team that focuses on thoughtful design, collaboration, and project delivery while offering a clear path for career advancement.
