Transportation Driver and Scheduler

We are seeking a dependable, organized professional to serve as a Transportation Scheduler / Driver . This Monday–Friday position is responsible for coordinating all transportation and scheduling needs and plays a vital role in supporting smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to resident care, while working collaboratively with facility teams. Successful employees are guided by strong work ethic, integrity, and professional competence.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Position will fluctuate in hours, and applicant must be flexible, available some weekends and nights depending on the need.

• Position requires applicant to be on call for emergency or unplanned transports.

Requirements:

• An active CNA or CMT certification

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license.

• Applicant must have an active Class E license, be over the age of 24, able to produce a clean driving record, and be a team player.
