Transportation & Export Coordinator

Salary: $24-$26/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Transportation & Export Coordinator:

• Coordinate daily container pickups and deliveries between farm operations and port facilities

• Create and maintain transportation and export shipping schedules

• Communicate with trucking companies, dispatchers, drivers, terminals, and steamship lines

• Monitor container movements, vessel schedules, equipment availability, and shipping deadlines

• Track shipments through terminal delivery and vessel departure

• Maintain accurate transportation records and ERP system data

Qualifications for the Transportation & Export Coordinator:

• 2-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, trucking, supply chain, shipping, agriculture, or export operations

• Experience coordinating transportation schedules, pickups, deliveries, or drivers

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
