Transplant Nurse Pre Kidney

MedStar Health seeks a Transplant Nurse for pre-kidney patients to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care across the transplant continuum. In this role, you will assess and educate candidates and families, coordinate testing and evaluations, manage complex clinical information, and collaborate with surgeons, nephrologists, and multidisciplinary teams. You will monitor patient status, support informed decision-making, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and promote quality, safety, and compassionate care in a high-acuity, mission-driven environment.
