Northwell Health’s Division of Nephrology is recruiting Transplant Nephrologists to join the Northwell Health Transplant Institute located at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, NY. The role includes clinical duties with teaching responsibilities and research opportunities. Eligible candidates may also serve as director for strategic outreach. The institute has a fast‑growing kidney transplant program and robust heart, lung, and liver transplant programs. The posting notes a team of 4 transplant nephrologists and a faculty of over 20 general nephrologists.

• Clinical care of kidney transplant patients
• Teaching and mentorship of trainees
• Conducting research in kidney transplantation and related areas
• Strategic outreach (optional director role)

Applicants must have completed U.S.-based internal medicine residency training, a general nephrology fellowship, and at least one year in an AST‑certified renal transplant fellowship. Candidates will be evaluated on academic accomplishments, clinical training, enthusiasm, and dedication to transplant nephrology. Visa sponsorship is available.

Full‑time clinical base compensation ranges from $125K to $750K, based on specialty, experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity. The range is a good faith determination and may change.
