Northwell Health is seeking full-time academic Transplant Hepatologists to join the Northwell Center for Liver Disease and Transplantation and the Division of Hepatology. Responsibilities
- Oversee the medical care of patients with liver diseases, including those in need of liver transplantation
- Diagnose and treat liver conditions
- Assess eligibility for liver transplantation
- Oversee both pre- and post-transplant care
- Educate medical students, residents, and GI and Transplant Hepatology fellows
Compensation
- Competitive salary

- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K

Requirements
- BE/BC in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology
- Proven expertise in General and Transplant Hepatology as well as endoscopy
- Excellence in clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork and patient care
- Eligibility for medical licensure in New York State
- Experience in academic research and/or teaching is highly valued
- Open to candidates at the assistant, associate, and professor of medicine levels
