Responsibilities
- Oversee the medical care of patients with liver diseases, including those in need of liver transplantation
- Diagnose and treat liver conditions
- Assess eligibility for liver transplantation
- Oversee both pre- and post-transplant care
- Educate medical students, residents, and GI and Transplant Hepatology fellows
Compensation
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000

Requirements
- BE or BC in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology
- Proven expertise in General and Transplant Hepatology
- Proven expertise in endoscopy
- Excellence in clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork and patient care
- Eligibility for medical licensure in New York State
- Suitable for individuals at various stages of their academic careers, including assistant, associate, and full professor levels
- Experience in academic research and teaching is highly valued
