A large integrated academic health system in Michigan is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Transplant Hepatologist to join their established and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with an experienced transplant hepatologist within a dynamic and collegial group of 19 physicians and 11 advanced practice providers dedicated to providing comprehensive gastroenterology care.

Position Highlights

• Joining a team of 19 physicians and 22 APPs in a high-volume gastroenterology practice
• Hybrid role: 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient work with IP coverage 1:7 weeks
• Transplant responsibilities: pre- and post-liver transplant patient care and participation in weekly Transplant Selection Meetings
• Multidisciplinary support from the Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Interventional Endoscopy programs
• Collaborative, team-based approach with access to other subspecialists
