Leading initiatives for quality and performance improvement, the full-time Manager Transplant Data & Performance Improvement will oversee data collection, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive change within the transplant department in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy for transplant referrals, candidates, living donors, and recipients while maintaining compliance with UNOS and CMS Lead and develop team members to align departmental goals with organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative environment Proactively assess and implement change initiatives, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an Associate's degree with significant experience Five years of progressive experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree or ten years with an Associate's degree Experience with data entry and data analytics; familiarity with CIBMTR or NMDP is preferred Strong understanding of financial concepts and budget management Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
