Transplant Data Manager

Leading initiatives for data quality and performance improvement, the full-time remote Transplant Data Manager will oversee data collection, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive change within the transplant department. Key responsibilities Oversee data collection for transplant referrals, candidates, and donors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governing bodies Lead and motivate teams to align departmental goals with organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative environment Proactively assess and implement change initiatives, providing ongoing feedback and support to staff regarding performance standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an Associate's degree with significant experience Five years of progressive experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree or ten years with an Associate's degree Experience with hematology oncology, Bone Marrow transplant, or Cellular Therapy is preferred Proficiency in extracting clinical information from EHRs for registry forms No licensure or certification required
