UCHealth seeks a Transplant Coordinator RN to support complex pre- and post-transplant care in a leading academic health system. In this role, you’ll guide patients and families through the transplant journey, from evaluation and workup to surgery preparation and long-term follow-up. You’ll perform detailed assessments, coordinate testing and scheduling, educate on medications and self-care, and monitor for complications.
Working closely with surgeons, physicians, pharmacists, and social workers, you’ll ensure safe, timely, and compliant care aligned with UNOS and regulatory standards while contributing to quality initiatives and clinical excellence.
