Transplant Consultant

The Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Northwell Health in Manhasset, NY, is seeking a BC/BE Transplant / Consultant. This role involves both inpatient hospital consults and outpatient follow-up appointments, offering the opportunity to join a team of over forty Board Certified PM&R physicians. The successful candidate will play a key role in the Northwell Spine Center, which integrates clinical, academic, and research components.

• The Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency program is comprised of twelve residents.
• Medical students at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine all rotate through PM&R.
• Collaborative research opportunities are present at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospital consults.
• Conduct outpatient follow-up appointments.

Compensation

• Sign-On Bonus.
• Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
