A growing power delivery engineering organization is seeking a Senior/Lead Transmission Line Engineer to support an expanding portfolio of utility, renewable energy, and grid modernization projects across North America. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in overhead transmission line design and be interested in taking on greater technical leadership, project ownership, client interaction, and mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5-8+ years of transmission line engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, EIT required
- Experience with overhead transmission line design
- Proficiency with PLS-CADD required
- Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of NESC and utility design standards
