Transient Performance & Operability Lead Engineer

Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars seeks a Transient Performance & Operability Lead Engineer to own propulsion transient behaviour across our ultra‑luxury vehicles. You will define requirements, develop models, and optimise engine, drivetrain and control strategies to deliver seamless response, refinement and drivability while meeting emissions and durability targets. Partnering with calibration, controls, testing and vehicle integration teams, you’ll plan and execute test programmes, analyse data, resolve complex operability issues and guide suppliers. In a craftsmanship‑obsessed, quality‑driven environment, you’ll mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
